Baseball Lines - Martinez Joins Defending Champs?

ESPN is reporting that pitcher Pedro Martinez has signed on with the Philadelphia Phillies.

Pedro will reportedly be officially introduced at a press conference on Wednesday and is expected to start a minor league conditioning stint.

The Phillies are listed at +375 to repeat as NL champs and at +1100 to repeat as World Series champs.
